  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

    • In the same condition as received

    • Returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories (if applicable)

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Certain items such as clearance or final sale products may be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team within the 7-day return window.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or videos (required for damaged or defective items)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


3. EXCHANGES

  • We accept exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose to receive a refund instead.

4. REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
